1. About Candro

Candro is an AI-powered platform operated by Aproducts, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). The service enables users to request and receive honest, anonymous peer feedback, and is available at candroapp.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Candro. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@candroapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Candro to:

• Submit feedback that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to identify or de-anonymize other users who have submitted feedback
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use automated means to access the service without our prior written consent
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Anonymous Feedback

Candro is designed so that feedback providers remain anonymous to feedback requesters. We take this seriously and do not share identifying information about feedback providers with requesters. However, we may disclose such information if required by law or to protect the safety of users.

6. AI Processing

Your feedback content is processed by AI to generate summaries. By using the service, you grant us the right to process your content through AI models for this purpose. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@candroapp.com.

8. Intellectual Property

Candro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any feedback content you submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@candroapp.com.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
